Technical Service Operative Associate

To achieve these ambitious goals, we are looking for a Technical Service Operative to strengthen our team. The role is located at our Tilburg site.
This challenging role entails:
- Maintaining and improving manufacturing equipment and peripherals on your own initiative, in order of priority and following the regular maintenance schedule, in order to enable the right products to be manufactured to the right quality standards. Besides predominantly mechanical tasks, you will also perform electrical work.
- Identifying potential malfunctions in manufacturing equipment and peripherals at an early stage so as to ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing process.
- Overseeing and performing machine reconfigurations.
- Checking manufacturing equipment to ensure that it is safe to use.
- Working continuously on process optimisation and robotisation.
- Working on WCM projects.
You have the necessary knowledge and experience and therefore have:
- MBO (secondary vocational education) level 4 or equivalent in a technical subject, ideally mechatronics
- A good understanding of how machines and processes work
- A good understanding of electronics (mechanical engineering)
- Willingness to work in a 2 or 3 shift system

- A salary range (depending on education and/or years of experience) of €2,670 to €3,180
- Working hours of 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00 and 23:00-07:00
- Generous shift allowances: 28% late shift and 47% night shift
