Technical Service Employee

We are a leading supplier of rockwool substrate, which we produce in our own factory. To realize this, we are looking for a full-time Employee Technical Service to strengthen our team. Location is Tilburg but in 2026 we will move to Etten-Leur.

This challenging role entails:

In this technical position, you will be responsible for the optimal operation of our production machines and peripheral equipment. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, both electrical and mechanical, based on priorities and maintenance planning.
• The timely identification and resolution of (potential) malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Supervising and carrying out complex conversion work on machines.
• Checking installations for safety and reliability.
• Contributing to process optimization and further automation, including robotization.
• Participating in improvement projects within the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program.

You have the necessary knowledge and experience and therefore have:

• MBO (secondary vocational education) level 4 or equivalent in a technical subject, ideally mechatronics
• A good understanding of how machines and processes work
• A good understanding of electronics (mechanical engineering)
• Willingness to work in a 2 or 3 shift system
